Diverse group of people standing together and celebrating the moment with their hands in the air

For years, CISFA (Chronic Illness Support for All UK) has been a beacon of hope and a lifeline for individuals living with chronic illnesses throughout the United Kingdom. Today, we are thrilled to announce the unveiling of our new and improved website, symbolising our growth, progress, and unwavering commitment to providing compassionate support. With a renewed focus on fostering a sense of community, we are here to uplift, empower, and embrace everyone on their unique journey.

A Family Beyond Support Groups: At CISFA, we believe that support groups should go beyond mere gatherings. They should be spaces where individuals can find solace, understanding, and a sense of belonging. Our support groups have always embodied these values, and as we update our website, we strive to enhance this family-like atmosphere even further. We aim to create a warm and inclusive environment, where everyone feels valued, connected, and supported by their peers who truly understand their experiences.

Mental Health Therapy and Listening Ear Schemes: Recognising the immense impact of chronic illness on mental well-being, CISFA now offers professional counselling to guide individuals through the emotional challenges they face. Our dedicated team are equipped to provide personalised support, helping individuals navigate the complex emotions that arise from living with a chronic condition.

Furthermore, our listening ear schemes, staffed by trained volunteers, provide an empathetic ear and a source of comfort to those seeking a listening presence during challenging times.

Education and Advice: As part of our commitment to empower individuals with chronic illnesses, CISFA has dedicated resources to educate and inform our community on important topics, including government benefits and support systems. We provide comprehensive guidance, ensuring that individuals are aware of their rights and opportunities for assistance. Our goal is to empower individuals with knowledge and help them access the support they deserve.
